Our Team is pleased to announce the launch of our Second tHRive Cohort! tHRive will host bi-Weekly Zoom Webinars centered around enhancing People Practices within non-profit organizations in the Western Pennsylvania Region.

2021 tHRive Cohort Program Overview & Structure

 
 
 

The 6-month program is conducted through bi-weekly 90-minute Workshops that are recorded and distributed to the Cohort Participants alongside valuable Tools, Templates, Handouts, & Resources to help navigate your organization through the HR Landscape.

The bi-weekly Zoom Workshops provides your organization with the opportunity to participate in open discussions, obtain key takeaways from industry/regional leaders, & establish practices that will strengthen the overall health of your organization.

The 2021 tHRive Cohort pricing is $500/participant and is ideally targeting small to mid-sized non-profit organizations with under 50 employees.
