Overview

The 2023 tHRive HR Fundamentals Cohort is designed for Executive Directors/Senior Leaders (All levels of HR Proficiency are welcome) of small to mid-sized nonprofits (Under $3mln Budget and/or Under 50 Employees) looking to further enhance their understanding of HR Practices.   

The 2023 tHRive HR Fundamentals Cohort learning modules are provided through bi-weekly Zoom Workshops where you will have the opportunity to gain insights from HR experts, participate in insightful discussions on regional HR topics, and connect with other nonprofit leaders over the course of 4 months. 

The application deadline for the 2023 tHRive HR Fundamentals Cohort is May 31st & fee for participation is $500 per participant.
